The Real Thing – Sausages with Natural Intestines

There’s a big difference between real sausages and the industrial ones.

These sausages are made the old Cretan way — quality pork, fresh herbs and spices, and stuffed into real natural intestines. The natural casing gives that perfect bite and allows the meat to develop much better flavor while cooking.

Many of our regular customers refuse to buy any other sausages anymore. Once you taste the real thing, the supermarket versions just don’t compare.

This is how our grandfather used to make them, and this is how we still make them today.
