Looking at old photos sometimes feels like stepping back in time.
This is how Vangelis’s fish shop looked just a few years ago, before he installed the beautiful new glass showcase. The fish were displayed more simply on ice, and the whole space had a different, more rustic feeling.
Even though the shop looks more modern today, the spirit remains exactly the same. Vangelis still wakes up before sunrise to choose the freshest catch from the ports. Some things never change — and we hope they never will.
